Tanisha Norine Williams, M.Ed. is a dynamic thought leader, global consultant, and visionary strategist in both Education and Business. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Educational Management from The University of Houston–Clear Lake, she pairs academic excellence with entrepreneurial expertise to build people, programs, and enterprises that last.

For more than 17 years, Tanisha has transformed K–12 education as a teacher, administrator, and consultant. She has designed systems that improved academic achievement, strengthened school culture, and elevated educators to lead with equity and innovation. Her specialties span Restorative Practices, Differentiated Instruction, Total Participation Techniques, and strategies for At-Risk Students, Emergent Bilinguals, and Special Populations. Her groundbreaking Student-Led Instructional Program—first launched in a DAEP setting—demonstrated her gift for turning challenges into lasting breakthroughs.
