Tanisha Norine Williams is a powerhouse in education, leadership and personal development. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Educational Management from The University of Houston–Clear Lake, her certifications include Composite Science Instruction, Principal EC–12, LPAC, T-TESS and P-TESS.
Over the past 17+ years, Tanisha has led in classrooms, campuses and consulting rooms, designing systems that drive achievement and transform lives. Her work spans Restorative Practices, Differentiated Instruction, Student-Led Learning, and empowering At-Risk and Special Populations. She developed and implemented a highly successful Student-Led Instructional Program in a DAEP, helping students shift from failure to excellence.
As the founder of Queenstitute, Inc., Tanisha equipped teens to lead, learn and serve with purpose. Now, she mentors professionals, teams and entrepreneurs, globally, guiding them to unlock personal, spiritual and financial freedom.
Whether in schools, boardrooms, or on global stages, Tanisha leads with purpose, power, and prophetic insight—helping others rise, reign, and do greater.
